I hold a BA in Journalism and Media and Screen Studies from Northeastern University, where I received the University Scholars Award. My skill set includes writing, editing, PR and content marketing, project management, graphic design, and social media management.

Content Marketing Manager, Brafton Inc.

September 2023 - Present

Source, write, and design success stories, case studies, and pitch deck slides to be used in weekly sales emails and meetings. This has included a winning sales pitch deck, which secured Brafton’s largest client to date. Create email and newsletter copy distributed to a database of more than 300,000 contacts. Strategize, implement, and track SEO-based optimizations of 100+ existing Brafton.com blogs and pillar pages. Develop and implement a new client outreach strategy, securing eight 5-star reviews (Clutch and Google) within three months, compared to zero in the previous six months. This has contributed to Brafton achieving three separate Clutch awards.

Editorial Manager, Brafton Inc.

June 2021 - September 2023

Managed an international team of seven writers, with responsibilities encompassing resource allocation, training, and editing. Provided critical support to the VP of Editorial in daily operations, which included recruitment, account management, and oversight of the broader Editorial team. Spearheaded weekly client and internal stakeholder meetings to deliver regular status updates, conduct subject matter expert interviews, and ensure alignment on strategic positioning for both B2B and B2C initiatives.

Write, design, and edit promotional materials for all English department events, programs, and courses, including biannual Course Description Booklet and annual English Spring Banquet. Organize course scheduling for 70+ literature and creative writing classes in CaneLink scheduling management system. Initiate and process weekly faculty expense reports, purchase requisitions, reimbursements, and other financial processes in Workday.

Assisted the Northeastern University Call Center with weekly fundraising. Efficiently and effectively communicated the goals and objectives of the University to alumni, in order to meet philanthropic goals.

June 2017 - December 2017

Created content for all CAMD social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Wrote and edited faculty, student and alumni-focused features for the College of Arts, Media and Design website. Captured photos of campus life for Instagram posts. Utilized InDesign and Adobe Photoshop to create graphics for CAMD use. Tracked and applied social media analytics. Presented to groups of 200+ prospective CAMD students during the summer and fall "First Friday" sessions.

Produced and circulated the daily EV in the News press report. Recorded all media interactions through Gorkana. Assisted in the production of broadcast interviews and clips. June 2015 - December 2015

Worked with both the Public Relations team in New York City and the Editorial team in-office. Produced the weekly PR Hits report and generated media lists through Cision. Compiled survey data and created press-friendly PDFs. Wrote articles for the Care.com website and drafted tweets for the company. Updated website weekly with basic HTML.
